My name is Tatiana Urbaniak and I would like to welcome you to this virtual source of information on  Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Burnaby and New Westminster real estate. Though I have experience working in almost all areas of Greater Vancouver, since I reside in Port Moody and my office is locate in Coquitlam, most of my professional activity is focused on  Port Moody, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam.  Burnaby and New Westminster areas are quite close geographically and popular among my clients, thus I serve them too.

 

I came to Canada in 2002 from Belarus where I worked in international trade and  taught English to high schools students. From my business background to my career in real estate I brought marketing skills and negotiation skills. As a former teacher I enjoy explaining, and in real estate I believe it is particularly important, that my clients understand the process of selling or buying in detail.

 

I started my career in real estate in 2006 and since then received several performance acknowledgement awards, including the prestigious Greater Vancouver Real Estate Medallion Club Award, which is given to 10% of the most productive real estate agents.

 

I fluently speak English, Russian and Polish and understand a few other European languages.
